Great service. Clean place. They have outdoor space with amazing view. I had a pizza and it was good. Tap water is available. They also have a souvenir stall right outside the restaurant.

Wow what a view! Great place to take a break and get some bakery goodness! I came here first thing in the morning to watch sunrise and had a coffee and a snack. You’re able to see Everest, Nuptse, Ama Dablam and the valley… the sun rises just to the right of Ama Dablam… an absolutely beautiful spot morning, noon or early evening. It’s quite a popular spot usually attracting big groups of trekkers throughout the day, but it’s large enough that you’ll always find a place to rest, you can sit on the walls or hang around the area. In front of this place are loads of stalls with Nepali/ Tibetan gifts and souvenirs from various sellers. This is a great area to rest and relax or even better stay over a night as it’s less popular than other places, plus I recommend if you do stay, to get up early and take in the sunrise at the high mountain bakery cafe!!! It’s worth the cold and early start! Enjoy!

We stumbled upon this spot on the map when checking out some routes and thought, "Why not stop here for a break, grab some tea, and munch on something?" Ended up coming here three times this past week. Here's the lowdown: staff's super nice and friendly, there's this terrace with tables and a killer view of the mountains. They've got some cool souvenirs – we snagged a couple of yak keyrings, super cute, and the dude gave us a discount. The café's got some wicked cookies, apple pie, and other treats. If you're passing by, totally recommend stopping for a breather and a bite. Big shoutout to the owners for being so welcoming and creating such a chill vibe. Thanks a bunch!
